We had the downstairs floors and stairs refinished and the upstairs carpets removed and replaced with wood. The match between the old and new is very good. Chris suggested wood heating vents that would be flush with the floor, curved wood on a rounded step down into a room (which just looks amazing) and a light sand and refinish on the stair rails. The base moulding in the carpeted rooms was expertly removed and replaced. The only extra thing (which we did anticipate and had discussed) was that a lot more subfloor needed to be replaced (from particle board to plywood) and that added time and (very reasonable) cost. Even with COVID-related material delays, somehow the project still finished on time. Just high quality work all around."

He scheduled the work, did a thorough job - he moved all the furniture out, covered everything, sanded my floors, applied multiple coats of an oil-based finish. After he was done, we inspected the place and I identified a couple of spots that looked different from others. Cristian gladly applied another coat to make it look perfect!
Since the stain has a strong smell, the home residents have to find an alternate place to sleep for 2 - 3 days (depending on how sensitive your are to smells). That part of getting the hardwood floor work made me very edgy but Cristian was always cool and positive. His sunny attitude, his commitment to service and attention to detail makes Crisitian a great guy to trust with your hardwood floors.
